NOTE: While all Virginia Career Works centers across the Commonwealth provide access to workforce, employment, and training services, only the centers listed above - with Virginia Works staff - are equipped to provide in-person support for unemployment benefits claims if needed. The unemployment benefits online claims system provided by the Virginia Employment Commission is available to access 24/7 at https://uidirect.vec.virginia.gov/ and the VEC’s Customer Contact Center phone lines are open 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday at (866) 832-2363. You can find the Virginia Career Works center closest to you by searching the American Job Center finder online.
